This program provides a fun and safe environment, encouraging girls to meet their potential fully. It is geared towards young athletes looking to develop their skills and competencies, laying down the pathway to competition. The high-energy, professional coaches are on hand to encourage progression in all terrain, be it powder, park or boardercross. Coaches will help them develop good decision-making skills and strategies and develop their competitive skills. The program will include coaching at one local freeride comp and one local banked slalom event.

Able to stop safely, mobility on toe-side and heel side edges. (Pendulum/falling leaf skills). Using magic carpet and may progress to chairlift.
Can complete heel side and toe side turns on gentle green terrain. Learning to link turns. Using chairlift.
Can link turns and control speed on green runs. Learning to turn with confidence on all green runs and easier blue runs. Can use chairlifts and surface lifts.
Can link turns on blue and easy black runs. Learning short turns, carving, off-piste terrain and powder. Possible interest in basic freestyle and free-ride riding.
Can snowboard in control on all terrain, including double black with possible free- ride/freestyle skills. Interested in refining skills and technique.
