The Little Shredders program is the perfect introductory program into the world of learning to snowboard for your child. The one-on-one tuition builds confidence and independence in a fun and safe environment. Each 45-minute lesson is tailored individually to ensure continuous development for each child and a season of fun on the snow.

Ages: 3 – 5

Days Taught: Saturdays, Sundays

Session Times: 9:00 am, 10:00 am, 11:00 am, 1:00 pm, 2:00 pm

Ratio: 1:1

Ability Level: 1 – 3

Duration: 45 minutes

6 Week Start Dates: January 3rd & 4th, February 21st & 22nd, 2026

12 Week Start Dates: January 3rd & 4th, 2026

Please note your ability level as you will be asked to confirm when completing your purchase.

Never snowboarded before, or requires hand assistance to stop safely.
Able to stop safely, mobility on toe-side and heel side edges. (Pendulum/falling leaf skills). Using magic carpet and may progress to chairlift.
Can complete heel side and toe side turns on gentle green terrain. Learning to link turns. Using chairlift.
Can link turns and control speed on green runs. Learning to turn with confidence on all green runs and easier blue runs. Can use chairlifts and surface lifts.
Can link turns on blue and easy black runs. Learning short turns, carving, off-piste terrain and powder. Possible interest in basic freestyle and free-ride riding.
Can snowboard in control on all terrain, including double black with possible free- ride/freestyle skills. Interested in refining skills and technique.
